Mrs. Nicola Shirley-Phillips, Ambassador FOR the Natural World

Nicola is an Ambassador for the Natural World, working to connect each of us to what ultimately sustains us—the earth beneath our feet.

She is one of the founders of Source Farm Ecovillage, the Director of The Source Farm Community Development Institute, a Yoruba Priest, and a sought-after Consultant and Spiritual Medium.

Nicola has helped to launch several local and international social development programs including:

  • The Ujima Natural & Organic Farmers Market, Jamaica’s first and still only natural and organic market after 13 years

  • The One One Coco Farmer Training Program, training farmers from across the Caribbean on Permaculture, natural farming, and organic and regenerative agricultural systems

  • The GWG Organic Research Station & Farm, the first Regenerative and Organic Research Station in the Caribbean

  • A number of trainings in permaculture design, sewing, natural dyeing, and more
