For those looking to get the most 'green' - our Eco Cabin option is a stay at our custom built 'earth bag' house, which is powered by solar panels and a wind turbine, and includes a rain catchment system to provide solar heated showers!

Meals - Breakfast and Dinner freshly prepared for 6 days by an award winning chef!

• Breakfast options include: ackee, jonny cakes (vegan), calaloo, scrambled tofu, fruit, tea
• Dinner options include: root veggies, greens, fish, nuts, rice and peas, ital stew
• Lunch is usually eaten on site at the local place we are visiting

Any damage to the Cabin/ property will be paid for by the Guest prior to Guest's departure.
