The Source Farm is a multi-cultural, intergenerational Eco-village with a commitment to natural living, holistic health, spirituality, ecological and social stewardship, organic farming, education, arts and culture, permaculture and self-sufficiency. The Cabins at The Source Farms will allow you, visitors and friends to have excellent accommodations with a panoramic view of the Caribbean while enjoying the abundant tropical forest of St. Thomas, Jamaica. Your investment will allow the building of a 16' X 16' cabin with 12' high ceilings, native wood floors, bedroom, bathroom and living area with a mini kitchen. You will also have access to The Source Farm facilities during your stay. The Fern Package $1000.00 US 1 week accommodation (7 Days-6 Nights) per year for 3 years Beach Pass to Golden Shore Hotel Beaches Welcome Dinner (Max 2 People) Airport Roundtrip Transfer/Transportation $6000 JA Day Trip can be arranged by Source Farm Team Friends of the Source Membership for 1 Year Annual Newsletter Monthly Email updates *Friends of the Source Eco-village will sign Membership Agreement and Covenant prior to arriving at the Source Farm The Palm Package $2000.00 US 2 weeks accommodation (14 Days-13 Nights) per year for 3 years *These package days can be split up during the year. Beach Pass to Golden Shore Hotel Beaches Welcome Dinner (Max 4 People) Airport Roundtrip Transfer/Transportation $6000 JA Friends of the Source Membership for 1 Year Annual Newsletter Monthly Email updates *Friends of the Source Ecovillage will sign Membership Agreement and Covenant prior to arriving at the Source farms Terms and Conditions Founding Members will have first choice to select their dates for the season. The 7-14 night stays can be divided into no less than 3 nights stays. A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay/sleep-over in the Cabin per stay. Any damage to the Cabin/ property will be paid for by the Guest prior to Guest's departure. No illegal drugs will be used on the premise. The Quiet Hours start at 11:00 PM Founding Members will have up to 4 years from the purchase date to use the total nights stays Founding Members wishing to stay additional nights, they will be charged a *Base Room Charge (BRC). All revenues generated from room night rentals will be used for supplies, repairs and maintenance, as well as to build other Cabins at the Source. Founding Members can allow friends and family to utilize night stays. Friends and family will be required to pay the Friends of the Source Membership Fee ($100) and sign the Source Guidelines and Agreement prior to the visit. You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 7 days from the date you signed. You must notify The Source Foundation in writing of your intent to cancel. Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent and shall be sent to the Source Foundation, Oxford Road, Beckford Town P.A.
