Teach & Beach Summer Literacy & Art Program

The Source Farm Foundation has created a Summer Literacy & Art Project which will offer 10- 15 students the opportunity to have one on one instruction with a trained reading specialist and 2-3 hours of arts instructions. The project will be conducted in July and August.  Each student will have no less than 130 hours of instruction time.   By the end of the tutoring program the student post test scores will reflex a minimum increase of 15% from their pre-test scores.  

How You Can Assist

We are asking you to assist us by donating $25.00 to this important project.   The funds will be used to purchase reading materials, teaching tools, snacks for the students and a small stipend for the teachers. There will be a report card issued so you will see the progress of the students you have adopted. It is important that we do not let another generation of children down.  This small step will have many positive ripple effects in the years to come.
