This committee is responsible for the researching and developing polices and guidelines that will enable the Source Farm Ecovillage to comply with Jamaican and United States Laws. As well as polices and guidelines of the Source Farm Ecovillage.

PERMACULTURE, AGRICULTURE AND FARMING
Agriculture/Farm/Gardens/Landscape
This committee has the very important responsibility to assist in creating policies that keeps us aligned with our mission of creating an environment that follows the principal of permaculture and sustainability. The Committee also establishes projects around agriculture, livestock and food sustainability for Source Farm and its members.

BUILDING, ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN
Architecture/Building/Structures
This committee was created to be responsible for establishing the guidelines and polices for all building, physical structures and their development on the Source Farm Ecovillage. They work along with local and national agencies to meet building codes and guidelines. This committee also works directly with architects, contractors and builders to ensure all the physical structures are aligned with Source Farm Ecovillage building code and design.

ECONOMICS
Source Economics/Finance/Treasury/Accounting
This Committee plays an integral function in operating the finances of the Source Farm Ecovillage. It deals with the day to day issues for paying bills, Source Dollars, tracking member fees to the long term financial planning of the community.
Current Projects: Developing an internal accounting system, establishing Source Farm Ecovillage bank account in USA and Jamaica that would be able to handle our global finances. Researching community currency.

PUBLIC RELATIONS AND ADS
Public Relations/Association w/ other Eco-villages
The Public Relation Committee is responsible for creating, maintaining marketing, and PR communication. This committee works within the community to establish the image of the entire Ecovillage. The committee creates opportunities for the Global community to recognize us as leaders in our field. They are responsible for Press Kits, creating marketing events and selling the Source Farm Ecovillage to the Global Community.

TECHNOLOGY
Technology/Website
This committee works to network the Source Farm Ecovillage (SFE) internally, nationally and globally. The Source Farm believes in integrating cutting edge technology that will assist us in living a high quality existance while not harming the environment.
Current Projects: Upgrading our Website and telecommunication systems to reach our Global members.

Social Policy, Community Policy and Guidelines and Community Welfare
This committee examines and recommends various polices and guidelines that will allow The Source Farm Ecovillage to function as a healthy community. The committee creates polices and guidelines of how to handle conflicts and day to day community issues.

ARTS & CULTURE
This committee is responsible for making the Arts a daily part of our Source Farm Ecovillage community culture. This committee works with all the committees and incorporates the Arts in every facet of the Source Farm .
Current Projects: Bringing together Artist from the USA and Jamaica to participate at SFE, creating a data base of Artist. Building Pottery Studio Fall 2012

THE SOURCE HEALING & WELLNESS
This committee oversees the physical and spiritual health of the Source Farm Ecovillage community. They create opportunities for community members to participate in activities that will bring harmony and well being into their life.
Current Projects: Working with traditional healers to facilitate spiritual , emotional and physical wellness.
